Minyar Learning Ltd is the data controller. We collect the name, email address and message that adults submit through our registration or contact routes so we can respond and send relevant pilot updates. Our legal basis is consent. We use our website host, contact-form delivery service, Google Forms and our email provider to process this information, but we do not sell it.
We keep pre-launch enquiries for up to 12 months unless consent is withdrawn earlier. Some providers may process data outside the UK using their data-protection safeguards. You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@minyarlearning.com. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
